Cancellation and Refund Policy

All sales made before October 1, 2016 are subject to  each Product’s or Service’s specific cancellation and refund policy, as stated herein:

For Free Training: The initial free training offered by Sell For Me Funnel™️ (SFMF) does not contain a refund policy simply because it is FREE. You do not need a credit card or any billing information to access free training. All it requires is your name and email address (in most cases only your email) to access free training. In addition you can choose to unsubscribe at any time you like.

You can contact us by sending a ticket to our support ticket system and request a removal of your subscription.

To Get a Refund, You Must First:

1. You MUST follow the 8 step process to activate and install all the Done-For-You tools and resources we had promised you as part of your upgrade.

2. You MUST follow instructions in the accompanied training.

3. You MUST follow all the training available to you as we track training video watch times per customer.

4. You MUST use the training and take action accordingly.
 
Only then a customer can ask for a refund if things did not work out for the specific customer. Refunds are not based on personal preference or choice. Refunds are put into consideration by Sell For Me Funnel™️ team as long as the refund amount in question relates to our services we have offered you to be:

- Incomplete.
- Not digitally delivered in full.
- If the teaching itself is not as described or does not work. (You not applying yourself does not constitute grounds for our teaching to be deemed ineffective).

And refunds are still up to the discretion of SellForMeFunnel.com

Refunds cannot be processed based on personal reasons.

SFMFPRO is a 14-day challenge program. The idea is to get the desired result set forth in the challenge by the 14th day of the challenge. SFMFPRO offers a 28-day refund policy. Please read to learn more.

The results to expect from the 14 challenge are:

1. Get your business website built.
2. Get your YouTube video created OR your Google Display ad created.
3. Get your YouTUbe Traffic campaign set up OR your Google Display campaign set up.

Without the above you cannot begin to earn commissions online.

If you purchased SFMFPRO 14-day challenge program on a monthly plan which also came with SFMF Monthly, then your refund policy is simply on-going as you can cancel your subscription to the entire program whenever you like.

Since you are paying a recurring fee for additional new perks and services made available to you every month in addition to lifetime updates and upgrades to the entire program; this means you will continue to receive these services for as long as you remain a member/customer.

If you wish to cancel, you can do so anytime. But remember; if you cancel, you lose access to SFMFPRO 14-day challenge and SFMF Monthly as well. Also with this arrangement, we do not backtrack and offer refunds for previous month's payments.

- Each refund request regardless which product you purchased are handled on a person by person basis as each customer's situation will differ from another however refund can be granted under ethical and agreed upon circumstances between client name and Sell For Me Funnel™️ (SFMF).

Modification or Suspension of the Website

In addition; starting March 10/2024 at 12PM EST we will be testing a new payment plan for SFMFPRO. This new payment plan will be 12 Monthly payments of $97 when discounted. And the regular price payment is 12 Monthly Payments of $197.

For this payment plan; the refund policy works different. For this payment plan the refund policy will be on a perpetual on-going basis.

For example: If you purchase SFMFPRO on the payment plan of 12 payments of $197 on March 10/2024. Then let's say on May 10/2024 you asked to cancel.

Bashi Marketing, Inc takes online piracy seriously. Bashi Marketing, Inc will hold any company; institutions, and persons liable for any pirated content that is the sole intellectual property of Bashi Marketing, Inc.

If any paid of free member of any of the Sell For Me Funnel™️ product lines; is determined to be pirating or is falsely misrepresenting Sell For Me Funnel™️ in any way; their account with Sell For Me Funnel™️ will be immediately terminated without warning or notice. And a refund/s (if any) will be considered null and void. Customer/s and/or member/s committing online piracy will be considered a breach of contract and no longer protected by SellForMeFunnel's refund policy.

Severability of Agreement

If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court or other binding authority to be invalid, you agree that every attempt shall be made to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in that provision, and the remaining provisions contained in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Electronic Signatures and Agreements

You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on the button labeled "SUBMIT", "DOWNLOAD", "I ACCEPT" or such similar links as may be designated by the Company to accept the terms and conditions of these Terms, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. Technical Support

If you encounter a technical problem printing or accessing your completed application, or some other problem, our customer service representatives may be able to help.

If you ask a customer service representative to remotely control your computer in order to try to resolve your problem, you acknowledge and accept that Company is not liable for any technical problems that may persist or arise with your computer after doing so.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company.  They govern your use of the Website and Materials and supersede any prior agreements between you and us.  Company’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms do not limit any rights that Company may have under trade secret, copyright, patent or other laws.  Company’s employees are not authorized to modify the Terms, or to make any additional representations, commitments, or warranties binding on Company, except in writing signed by an authorized Company officer. In the event that you breach these Terms, Company will, in addition to all other available remedies, be entitled to the equitable remedies of a temporary restraining order, preliminary and/or permanent injunction.
